Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description

Equifax is currently searching for a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis for our corporate office.

The Manager will provide financial support for Equifax’s Corporate Non Technology business unit, including:
 Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of financial and operating results, with analysis and commentary on variances and key cost drivers.
 Partner with functional groups to provide guidance and insight into business trends, issues, and opportunities.
 Contribute to value-added planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, including monthly projection updates, coordination of the annual budgeting process, and participation in the annual strategic plan. Recommend strategies for achieving targets.
 Assist with development of business cases for capital expenditures and other significant commitments; follow-up with post-investment analysis.
 Coordinate with Accounting to share knowledge and expectations regarding monthly results.
 Continually evaluate and challenge processes and methods to enhance results, improve efficiency and add value.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements
• Required BS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in areas of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and planning.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and statistical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information for management review and decisioning.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple time-sensitive projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with various executive and management levels of the organization.
• Proven creativity and problem solving ability.

Preferred Skills
Strong working knowledge of Excel required; Hyperion and/or Essbase a plus.
