Job Description/Qualifications

You have at least 5+ years’ experience in interactive design or you hold a recent degree from an undergraduate or graduate human factors program, regardless of years of work experience. You can work on-site. You have planned and conducted research, generated audience insights, and designed customer experiences. Your skills should include:

Interaction Design:

Information architecture
Conceptual design, functional design and modeling audiences, processes & tasks.
Documentation, such as site maps, wireframes, flow charts or use cases, functional & presentation specifications, and style guides

Collaboration:

Partnership with technology on design feasibility
Partnership with design team on visual design integrity
Partnership with Clients on business REQ & Goals

Research and Analysis:

Planning and direction of appropriate research
Application of research methodology to research plans
Competitive or content assessments
Analysis and implementation of research results
