I am currently performing a survey: I would like to know if any of you could be interested at any given time in a workshop targeted to Realtors. The workshop is about how to make yourselves a personal business plan.

Hola me acabo de inscribir en este web, y vi tu encuesta me parece interesante, yo fui realtor por 11 años y quizas los pueda ayudar. I am a new york rican who is very interested in helping the hispanic community. my background is in real estate, business adm. and finance. I am currently seeking out all latin realtors,Loan Officers, CPA, attorney ect. to form a group for sharing of information. i am in the Pocono area and there is very little professional latinos in this area. However, the percentage of hispanics moving into the area is on the increase. They need our help in obtaing info. Any good ideas on how to make their transition easier, please let me know. Thanks.

I have just become a member.I noted your request for a networking group.

I currently work for the largest real esate company in the world. My job is to help Latino realtor/brokers grow their business and levearge themselves in the marketplace. I do this throughout the entire North East US.

In regards to your posting......

I would like to be part of the group you want to form.

I m originally from NYC and live in NJ.

There is a bilingual newspaper in PA named El Hispano .
Telephone (610) 789-5512. This might be a good place to start to obtain info for hispanics moving into the area. They have demographic info on thier site and of course know all that is happening locally in that community.

Good luck and please let me know if the "sharing group is formed."

Business Plan for Realtors

I would definitly be interested in a workshop like this. I am 20 yrs. old and just got my real estate license in Houston, TX. I am a very motivated individual who wants a better life, but it's been very difficult for me the past few months. (Real Estate is tougher than I thought). Any workshop/advise from anyone experienced in the field would be greatly appreciated. I hope you have the workshop. I really look forward to hearing about it.

Como ya veo que resulta un topico util, les mantendre al tanto en cuanto tenga la fecha del taller. Igualmente observo que todos estamos en distintos ciudades de Florida, por lo que podriamos revisar la posibilidad de ofrecer el taller en sus respectivas ciudades de residencia si fuese esto factible.
